FEBO also has specialized in inserting the most varying fill materials by using the so called “manual drawing process”. With this FEBO can also offer individual and economical solutions for your business. Please contact us!			Tailor-made Besides FEBO brushing rollers which are specially used for cleaning conveyor belts (please also refer to p. 20) we also produce brushing rollers in any version you wish. Brush bodies made of plastic, wood, steel, with or without stud. We fill brushing rollers with all steel wires, also with non corrosive, antimagnetic or non-ferrous metal wires. FEBO ring brushes, FEBO spirals			For your request please give us the dimensions for your FEBO brushing roller. To make it easier for you just copy the sketch on page 20 and write down the dimensions as well as the application purpose of your brushing roller. This way we can optimally advise you on your tailor-made FEBO brushing roller with roller surface (also half-shell), fill material and fill density. Multi-purpose For you we deform FEBO strip brushes into spirals or rings. Corresponding to your request we can manufacture the brush fill either inside or outside. Some of the multi-purpose applications are for example putting on glue, scraping off dirt and dust or sealing applications. Please send us your request for your brush. Solution oriented We produce disc brushes for you of various kinds. Depending on the application the FEBO brush body can be made of wood, plastic or metal. In addition to that we can insert the brush disc with all various kinds of materials such as steel wire, V2A, synthetic- and natural fibre bristles. Please send your request for your “tailor-made” FEBO disc brush by letting us know disc diameter, thickness of the disc as well as the insert material.			Flexible Our special product engineering makes it possible for us to offer you the FEBO strip brushes with a multitude of possible combination. According to your - also individual – set target we deliver to you strip brushes with various brush bodies and fill materials. From applying coating material, scraping off dirty surfaces, sealing, carrying or directing goods with sensitive surfaces and up to smoothening foil material. With all kind of body forms and fill material (also horse hair, synthetic, brass, steel wire, V2A and a lot more) we combine your FEBO strip brush and in this way offer an optimal and economical problem solution.
